Dr. Chang is a statistician who develops advanced statistical methods to conduct air quality research. His primary focus is on polar orbiting and geostationary satellite products for air quality research; the impact of weather, climate and wildfires on air quality; trends in U.S. and global air quality; and the global tropospheric ozone budget and trends.
