Earth's Radiation Budget

At the direction of Congress in 2020, NOAA is leading a multi-year research initiative to conduct fundamental research on the stratosphere and marine boundary layer, investigate natural and human activities that might alter the reflectivity and radiative balance of the atmosphere, and the potential impact of those activities on the Earth system.
